Course Description

This 5-module, 2-hours per module (for CEU's there is a certificate for 1 CEU), rolling enrollment, (you can start anytime),  self-paced  course was designed as part of a study to determine readiness to use therapeutic yoga in PT practice by physical therapists who are novices in yoga.

Each module has a didactic lecture video with citations, followed by an experiential practical class where those new principles are practiced and developed. Downloadable handouts for each are available, as is the audio file for the practice class.

If you read our research and want access to the course material, please email Dr. Taylor at info@smartsafeyoga.com and he'll give you access.
